This cropped zip hoodie concept balances a broad upper body with a shorter hem and full sleeves. Distressed bone-colored graphics sit on both sides of the silver front zipper, while charcoal sleeve panels and burgundy piping trace the arm. The front remains readable whether partly open or closed. Your brand can define its own crop length, panel shape, artwork and hardware without being limited to a stock blank.

Set the crop around the zipper.
The cropped body, lower rib and zipper cannot be sized independently. Establish the finished front length, hem position and hood shape, then select a zipper length and assembly that work with those measurements. The two-way opening changes the lower silhouette when unzipped, while the curved sleeve panels add volume above the cuff. Fit the garment open and closed, with the intended underlayer, before confirming the size grading.

Keep the details aligned.
A full front zip introduces a break through the artwork and a firm component beside a soft fabric. Allow suitable graphic clearance from the zipper tape and confirm how the two printed sides align when closed. The curved panel seams and piping also need clean joins without puckering. The chosen fabric, trim and finishing sequence should be sampled together to review color compatibility, zipper waviness and the final decorated appearance.

A wash can affect fabric, tape, piping and metal differently. Confirm compatible components and the proposed process using a complete garment sample.

Can we choose a different cropped length?
Yes. Specify the finished body length and intended hem position, together with chest width and your size chart. We review the proportions and suitable zipper length during sampling.
Can this hoodie have a one-way instead of two-way zipper?
A different zipper arrangement can be assessed. Confirm the opening function, teeth, puller, tape color and length in the tech pack so the hardware and construction can be quoted together.
How do we avoid misaligned graphics beside the zipper?
Supply separate left and right artwork files with measurements from the center front and seams. Review the closed zipper alignment and agree placement tolerances on the decorated sample.
