XINHUI GARMENTS / CUSTOM MEN’S STREETWEAR
CUSTOM HEAVYWEIGHT
SWEAT SHORTS.
Create custom heavyweight sweat shorts with a broad knee-length shape, curved seam lines and a layered hem detail. Faded petrol blue and a small original stitched motif give this concept a distinct identity; the final knit weight and finish are agreed during sampling.
Xinhui Garments is an OEM/ODM streetwear manufacturer in Humen, Dongguan, China, serving brands in Europe, North America, Australia and other international markets.
Custom production only. No ready stock or dropshipping. Detailed quotes follow review of your drawings or tech pack. Images are AI-generated design concepts, not physical production samples.

FRONT VIEW / DESIGN
SOFT MATERIAL.
STRONG OUTLINE.
Petrol knit, curved seams and a considered layered hem.
01 / 06
Knit shorts with a stronger outline.
These shorts use a wide knee-length proportion rather than a close athletic fit. Curved seams and a layered hem give the petrol-blue knit more structure, with a small cream stitched detail near the lower leg. The final cloth should be selected for the intended balance of body, softness and drape.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Curved seams, cream drawcord, a stitched abstract motif and a layered hem with secured edges.
MATERIAL DIRECTION
French terry or fleece options; finished GSM, composition and internal surface confirmed through sampling.

BACK VIEW / DETAILS
QUIET BACK.
CONSISTENT HEM.
The hem treatment continues around a quiet reverse.
02 / 06
A balanced reverse in a soft material.
The back keeps the leg broad and the decoration restrained. Agree pocket position and support so the knit does not sag around an added pocket or label. The hem treatment should continue consistently around the garment without creating an uneven line when worn.
REAR CONSTRUCTION
Two rear patch pockets leave the back free of the front orbit motif. Confirm pocket shape and attachment so they sit flat on the selected knit.
SAMPLE REVIEW

03 / 06
Confirm weight through the sample.
Heavyweight is a development direction, not a fixed GSM claim for an AI concept. Select the knit before approving the hem opening and length, because fabric body changes the silhouette. Review the relaxed waist, extended waist and rise as well as the thigh and knee-relative hem position.
MEASUREMENT BRIEF
Relaxed/extended waist, hip, rise, thigh, inseam, outseam and leg opening; hem-layer depth.
APPROVAL & GRADING
Approve the base-size sample and record changes before grading the range. Confirm finished measurements after the agreed finishing and care process.

04 / 06
Resolve the layers at the hem.
A layered hem can add character but also creates thickness. Specify each layer, its depth and how the edge is secured, then check the inside finish for comfort. Review the stitched motif and any backing on the actual knit, including appearance after the agreed care procedure.
MATERIAL CHOICE
French terry or fleece options; finished GSM, composition and internal surface confirmed through sampling.

PETROL TONE.
RELAXED VOLUME.
Knee-length knit volume with an original stitched accent.
05 / 06
Color and volume for warm-weather looks.
A pale compact top offsets the faded petrol shorts and keeps the curved seams visible. The knee-length opening produces a different balance from the longer cargo shorts. Use the styling image to compare proportion, then approve the physical sample with your intended socks and footwear.

BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR BRIEF
What GSM are these shorts?
The concept has no verified fabric weight. Share your target GSM or desired feel; the selected material and finished weight are confirmed during sampling.
Can we choose an unbrushed loopback interior?
Yes. French terry or other appropriate knit options can be reviewed. Confirm the internal surface, composition and weight with the sample.
Does the layered hem have to be raw?
No. We can assess secured raw-look, turned or other finished edges. Specify the appearance and review bulk and edge stability on the physical sample.
