XINHUI GARMENTS / CUSTOM MEN’S STREETWEAR
CUSTOM GRAPHIC
T-SHIRT &
SHORTS SET.
Develop a custom graphic t-shirt & shorts set for your streetwear label. A washed yellow oversized tee is paired with charcoal baggy shorts, creating a deliberate two-tone set. Define both garments around your fabric, fit, artwork and size-pairing requirements.
Xinhui Garments is an OEM/ODM streetwear manufacturer in Humen, Dongguan, China, serving brands in Europe, North America, Australia and other international markets.
Custom production only. No ready stock or dropshipping. Detailed quotes follow review of your drawings or tech pack. For sets, state top and bottom piece counts; set composition and minimums are confirmed in the quote. Images are AI-generated design concepts, not physical production samples.

FRONT VIEW / DESIGN
ONE GRAPHIC STORY.
TWO DIFFERENT PIECES.
A statement top paired with a quieter graphic lower half.
01 / 06
Coordinate through artwork, not identical color.
A washed yellow oversized tee is paired with charcoal baggy shorts, creating a deliberate two-tone set. Original abstract sunburst and contour artwork gives the top a strong focal point, while a smaller complementary leg graphic connects the shorts. The design keeps a clear hierarchy between the two pieces.
DESIGN DIRECTION
An oversized elbow-sleeve tee with original architectural sunburst and contour artwork, paired with long baggy jersey shorts carrying a smaller complementary graphic rather than a duplicate chest design.
MATERIAL DEVELOPMENT
A washed yellow T-shirt jersey and charcoal shorts-knit direction. The pieces may use different constructions or weights; approve composition, handfeel, shade and care compatibility for each.

BACK VIEW / DETAILS
A DIFFERENT
VIEW FROM BEHIND.
A small back mark balances the stronger front graphic.
02 / 06
Give the reverse a different role.
The tee back uses a small offset mark rather than repeating the large front artwork. The shorts remain restrained around the rear pocket, allowing the contrast in fabric color to carry the outfit. Approve back placement separately and check how the tee hem covers the waistband and pocket when worn.
BACK & INTERIOR
Send independent back artwork and pocket drawings; define the visible area beneath the tee hem.
SAMPLE CHECK
Artwork scale, fine-line reproduction, print handfeel, neck rib, shorts waistband, finished measurements and intended color contrast between the two garments.

FIT STUDY / 03
TOP VOLUME.
SHORTS BALANCE.
- TEE WIDTHSet shoulder and chest volume.
- SHORTS RISEBalance the longer top.
- GRAPHIC SCALEApprove each placement separately.
- SIZE PAIRINGRecord top and bottom counts.
03 / 06
Fit two different jersey structures together.
The tee and shorts can use different fabric weights, so one set of assumptions will not define both garments. Review the tee shoulder and sleeve volume alongside the shorts rise, length and opening. Check the full outfit standing and seated, then record the measurement charts and planned size pairing separately.
TWO SIZE CHARTS
Tee: chest, shoulder, body length, sleeve and neck rib. Shorts: waist, hip, rise, inseam, outseam and opening. Include artwork dimensions, distance from seams and intended top/bottom size pairing.
SIZE PAIRING
Specify the intended top and bottom size pairing and quantities for each piece. Review the full outfit on-body; record finished measurements for both garments before bulk approval.

ARTWORK.
FABRIC.
PRINT FEEL.
- FINE LINESTest artwork on actual cloth.
- INK COVERAGEReview color and handfeel.
- TWO MATERIALSApprove each print application.
04 / 06
Choose the print method around the artwork.
The large graphic and fine contour lines need a sample on the selected tee fabric. Review color coverage, detail, handfeel and the agreed care results before confirming a print route. The shorts graphic may need its own setup because fabric color, texture and placement differ; approve both artwork applications as a coordinated pair.
MATERIAL CHOICE
A washed yellow T-shirt jersey and charcoal shorts-knit direction. The pieces may use different constructions or weights; approve composition, handfeel, shade and care compatibility for each.
SET CONSISTENCY
Artwork scale, fine-line reproduction, print handfeel, neck rib, shorts waistband, finished measurements and intended color contrast between the two garments.

ON-BODY / 05
YELLOW ABOVE.
CHARCOAL BELOW.
Washed yellow above a charcoal graphic foundation.
05 / 06
Let the contrasting pieces do different jobs.
The yellow top holds the main visual statement while charcoal shorts provide a darker base. A wide silhouette and low viewpoint keep the outfit connected to streetwear rather than a close-fitting leisure set. Use alternate poses to assess graphic visibility, then confirm print feel and garment movement on physical samples.
COLLECTION CONTEXT
Review the two graphics together at full-outfit distance and individually at close range.

- 03 / MATERIALSFabric, shade, artwork and trims.
- 04 / QUANTITIESPiece counts, set packing and timing.
06 / 06
Send two artwork layouts, not one mockup.
Provide original print files, color references, artwork dimensions and separate placement drawings for the tee and shorts. Add fabric preferences, measurement charts, pocket details, labels and quantity breakdowns. We review the materials and decoration requirements before quoting; the approved samples establish fit, artwork finish and set packing before bulk.
QUANTITY & SAMPLING
MOQ starts from 50 pieces. For two-piece sets, specify top and bottom quantities separately; set composition and minimums by style and color are confirmed in the quotation. Sample lead time is 7–20 days for the agreed development scope; revisions and bulk schedules are confirmed separately.
APPROVAL BEFORE BULK
Approve both pieces, color relationship, fit, decoration, trims, labels and packing before bulk production. Confirm any required product testing and report scope for the project.
BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR BRIEF
Do the top and shorts have to match in color?
No. This concept uses coordinated contrasting colors. Supply references for each piece and explain the intended relationship.
Can you print our original artwork?
Yes. Share the artwork files, finished dimensions and placements. Print method and feasibility are assessed against the chosen fabrics and desired finish.
Can the shorts use heavier fabric than the tee?
Yes, as a development option. Each material and garment is sampled separately, then reviewed together for drape, appearance and care requirements.
