XINHUI GARMENTS / CUSTOM MEN’S STREETWEAR
CUSTOM RETRO
PIPED TRACK SET.
Develop a custom retro piped track set for your streetwear label. Ecru knit, forest-green insets and fine oxblood piping create a coordinated track set with an original curved layout. Define both garments around your fabric, fit, artwork and size-pairing requirements.
Xinhui Garments is an OEM/ODM streetwear manufacturer in Humen, Dongguan, China, serving brands in Europe, North America, Australia and other international markets.
Custom production only. No ready stock or dropshipping. Detailed quotes follow review of your drawings or tech pack. For sets, state top and bottom piece counts; set composition and minimums are confirmed in the quote. Images are AI-generated design concepts, not physical production samples.

FRONT VIEW / DESIGN
RETRO LINES.
WIDER FORM.
Curved green insets traced by fine oxblood piping.
01 / 06
Retro lines with a wider silhouette.
Ecru knit, forest-green insets and fine oxblood piping create a coordinated track set with an original curved layout. The stand-collar top stays broad through the body and sleeves, while the pants finish in a wide open leg. Small geometric marks add identity without competing with the panel construction.
DESIGN DIRECTION
A broad stand-collar zip track top with curved green shoulder and sleeve insets, paired with wide straight-leg pants that echo the green side panels and fine piping.
MATERIAL DEVELOPMENT
A smooth knit track-fabric direction with coordinated green inset material and fine oxblood piping. Confirm fiber content, weight, stretch, recovery and care behavior through sampling.

BACK VIEW / DETAILS
CURVES
CONTINUE.
A quieter back lets the inset shape remain clear.
02 / 06
Let the curves define the reverse.
The back continues the panel language with enough uninterrupted fabric to keep the shape readable. Review how the piping turns through shoulder and sleeve joins, then assess its route down the pants from behind. Any rear artwork should have a separate placement that respects the seam layout and pocket openings.
BACK & INTERIOR
Specify rear panel joins and piping ends, including the side-to-back transition on the pants.
SAMPLE CHECK
Piping tension, curved-seam smoothness, contrast color behavior, zipper stability, rib recovery and matching visual weight across the two pieces.

FIT STUDY / 03
RELAXED FIT.
DEFINED MEASUREMENTS.
- CHEST EASEBuild width into the pattern.
- PANT RISECheck seated comfort.
- PIPING SCALEKeep it balanced on both pieces.
- OPEN LEGApprove length and width together.
03 / 06
Separate relaxed fit from fabric stretch.
A relaxed track set should achieve its silhouette through the pattern, not by stretching a smaller garment over the wearer. Confirm chest and sleeve ease, pant rise and leg width with the selected knit. Review the zip fastened, the wearer seated and the knee bent before agreeing the finished size charts.
TWO SIZE CHARTS
Top: chest, shoulder, length, sleeve, collar, cuff and hem. Pants: waist relaxed/extended, hip, rise, thigh, inseam and hem. Mark piping path, width and panel intersections.
SIZE PAIRING
Specify the intended top and bottom size pairing and quantities for each piece. Review the full outfit on-body; record finished measurements for both garments before bulk approval.

MATERIAL & CRAFT / 04
A CLEAN
PIPING LINE.
- PIPING TENSIONAvoid dragging the knit.
- CURVED JOINSReview smoothness at intersections.
- CONTRAST PANELSApprove shade and care together.
04 / 06
Piping needs a controlled line.
The narrow piping should follow the curve without dragging the knit or creating a rippled edge. Sample the piping material, seam construction and feed on the actual body fabric. Check zipper stability and contrast-panel appearance after the agreed care process, then approve piping width and end treatments on both garments.
MATERIAL CHOICE
A smooth knit track-fabric direction with coordinated green inset material and fine oxblood piping. Confirm fiber content, weight, stretch, recovery and care behavior through sampling.
SET CONSISTENCY
Piping tension, curved-seam smoothness, contrast color behavior, zipper stability, rib recovery and matching visual weight across the two pieces.

ON-BODY / 05
FOREST CURVES.
ECRU SPACE.
Ecru space around forest-green curves.
05 / 06
Use color to connect the full outfit.
The light ground makes the curved green insets and narrow oxblood line easy to read. A broad top and wide pants carry that graphic rhythm without needing a large chest logo. Alternate poses help show whether the curved details remain balanced as the two garments move independently.
COLLECTION CONTEXT
Compare piping scale on the jacket and pants from both close range and a full-outfit view.

YOUR BRIEF / 06
YOUR LINEWORK.
YOUR TRACK SET.
- 01 / BOTH PIECESFront, back and construction drawings.
- 02 / SIZE PAIRINGTop and bottom size charts and ratios.
- 03 / MATERIALSFabric, shade, artwork and trims.
- 04 / QUANTITIESPiece counts, set packing and timing.
06 / 06
Provide piping dimensions and panel drawings.
Send the top and pants drawings, piping path and desired finished width, color references and separate measurement charts. Include zipper and waistband details, artwork, size pairing and piece quantities. The quote follows a material and construction review; sampling confirms the curved seams, stretch behavior and overall proportion before bulk approval.
QUANTITY & SAMPLING
MOQ starts from 50 pieces. For two-piece sets, specify top and bottom quantities separately; set composition and minimums by style and color are confirmed in the quotation. Sample lead time is 7–20 days for the agreed development scope; revisions and bulk schedules are confirmed separately.
APPROVAL BEFORE BULK
Approve both pieces, color relationship, fit, decoration, trims, labels and packing before bulk production. Confirm any required product testing and report scope for the project.
BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR BRIEF
Is the piping reflective?
The concept uses a colored piping direction, not a certified reflective trim. Specify reflective requirements separately for material and test review.
Can this use a woven fabric instead?
A woven version may be developed, but ease and seam behavior must be re-evaluated because it will not behave like the proposed knit.
Can we simplify the curved panels?
Yes. Share the revised seam map. Piping placement, cut pieces and construction are reviewed together during sampling.
