FRONT VIEW / DESIGN
PILE.
WITH PROPORTION.
Smoked plum texture outlined by graphite and bone.
01 / 06
Texture gives the set its identity.
Smoked-plum velour brings a soft, directional surface to a broad zip top and wide matching pants. Graphite inserts and a fine bone edge give the shape definition without covering the pile. The stand collar and open trouser hems keep the design focused on a clean, elongated streetwear silhouette.
DESIGN DIRECTION
A boxy stand-collar zip top with graphite curved side inserts and narrow bone edging, paired with matching wide-leg velour pants and understated tonal embroidery.
MATERIAL DEVELOPMENT
A low-pile velour direction in smoked plum with graphite inserts and coordinated trims. Actual fiber content, weight, pile behavior, stretch and care are confirmed from physical materials.

BACK VIEW / DETAILS
TEXTURE
WITHOUT CLUTTER.
A quiet reverse reveals the material surface.
02 / 06
Keep the back focused on the pile.
A restrained rear surface makes changes in the velour pile easier to see. Review the back yoke, sleeve transitions and trouser pockets under consistent lighting rather than judging shade from one angle. Any rear decoration should be tested for its effect on the pile and placed separately from the front mark.
BACK & INTERIOR
Specify pile direction across all panels and identify any intentional change of direction.
SAMPLE CHECK
Pile lay and apparent shade across panels, seam handling, zipper stability, pocket edges, fabric recovery and color relationship of the finished top and pants.

FIT STUDY / 03
CHOOSE THE DRAPE.
THEN THE CUT.
- FABRIC DRAPESelect the cloth before final fit.
- TOP LENGTHSet its position at the waist.
- LEG LENGTHReview over the intended shoe.
- RIB TENSIONAvoid unwanted pulling.
03 / 06
Choose the drape before finalizing the cut.
Velour options can differ in weight, stretch and recovery, changing how a broad top and long pants settle. Confirm the material first, then review chest ease, pant rise and leg length on-body. Check the waistband and cuffs without excessive tension so the fabric can fall in the intended wider line.
TWO SIZE CHARTS
Top: chest, shoulder, body length, sleeve, collar, cuff and hem. Pants: waist, hip, rise, thigh, inseam and hem. Specify pile direction and panel placement for both pieces.
SIZE PAIRING
Specify the intended top and bottom size pairing and quantities for each piece. Review the full outfit on-body; record finished measurements for both garments before bulk approval.

04 / 06
Handle the pile as part of construction.
Pile direction can alter the apparent shade even when panels share a color reference. Agree the cutting direction, then sample seams, zipper installation and decoration on the selected cloth. Review pressing and handling on test pieces to avoid unwanted surface marks, and confirm care instructions from the actual material specification.

ON-BODY / 05
PLUM TEXTURE.
WIDE FORM.
A soft surface within a strong, relaxed outline.
05 / 06
Show texture without hiding the garment.
Natural side light helps reveal the low pile while the graphite inserts keep the outline readable. A changed pose shows how the wide pants move and how the top settles around the waist. The concept illustrates the desired sheen; physical swatches and complete samples establish the actual surface and handfeel.
COLLECTION CONTEXT
Assess the full outfit and close-up pile under the same light when approving color.

QUANTITY & SAMPLING
MOQ starts from 50 pieces. For two-piece sets, specify top and bottom quantities separately; set composition and minimums by style and color are confirmed in the quotation. Sample lead time is 7–20 days for the agreed development scope; revisions and bulk schedules are confirmed separately.
APPROVAL BEFORE BULK
Approve both pieces, color relationship, fit, decoration, trims, labels and packing before bulk production. Confirm any required product testing and report scope for the project.
BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR BRIEF
Is velour the same as a fixed fabric composition?
No. Velour describes a pile-surface fabric category. Fiber content, construction and weight must be confirmed for the selected material.
Can the top have a hood?
Yes. A hooded version requires a revised neckline, hood dimensions and consideration of pile direction and added bulk.
Why can the color look different from another angle?
The pile can reflect light differently depending on direction. Approve physical swatches and the finished set under consistent lighting.
